Longer processing time during Christmas 2024

Many of the employees at the Swedish Postcode Lottery Foundation will be on holiday leave during Christmas. As a result, the processing time for new applications submitted during the holiday season will be slightly longer. Please allow for a longer wait before hearing back from us after submitting an application. Operations will resume – and return to normal – by mid-January 2025.
